From my early days in public accounting I was tapped by the managing partner to interview and screen potential employees. Through the review of resumes and the interview process I can discern a potential employee's strengths and weaknesses and determine if they are the right candidate for the open position.
Hiring and training new employees is a costly and time consuming venture. For significantly less than the cost of an outside recruiter I can interview, screen, hire and, if necessary, train a new employee in your company. These services are available on an hourly or fixed fee basis.
