working in both public accounting and private industry performing  Accounting, Auditing, Tax and Finance functions in small start-ups seeking their first venture financing and on the staff of Fortune 500 companies.As a self-employed licensed CPA my services have included Interim Part-time CFO, SEC 10-Q and 10-K preparation and filing, accounting for software development costs, review and analysis of mergers and acquisitions, valuation analysis, compilation of financial statements, creating and writing business plans, annual budgets, account analysis, creation and implementation of an Activity-Based Cost system, coordinating and conducting physical inventories, interviewing, hiring and training accounting personnel, implementing a financial tracking system for 500 independent distributors, payroll auditing and preparation of five year forecasts and budgets.
